Win a brand new Apple iPad

To celebrate the launch of our new website we are giving away an iPad: the best way to experience the web, email, photos and videos. You can access Safari, mail, calanders, photos, videos, YouTube and much more. Did we forget to mention the 150,000 apps you can download?!

If you are not lucky enough to win the iPad, you can still be in with a chance to win second and third prize of a NuBlue S5 Shared Hosting Account with a .com Domain name of your choice for 1 year. Great for putting up your first website (to moan about how you didn’t win the iPad!).

All we need to do now is find a worthy candidate to win this must have gadget of 2010 and in true summer spirit we thought we would get you to do silly things to prove your worth…

Proving your Worth

The idea is simple. We want to take our logo around the world, but due to time constraints and the threat of another ‘Ash Cloud’ we thought we would get other people to do it for us. Ok, still interested? Well here is how it works:

1) Download a copy of our logo from the resources below, print it onto a piece of A4 paper (preferably recycled) and take a photo of yourself displaying the logo in the most outrageous place you can find. We’re looking for creativity here, so a picture outside your front door just won’t cut it. But outside the Queens front door… that might win. So get your thinking caps on and get inventive.

2) Once you have the killer photo simply become a Fan on our Facebook page, go to our competition tab and submit your entry.

3) Fans of NuBlue can vote for their favourite photos and the top three photos by 30th June will be sent to our judging panel to pick a worthy winner.

It’s all about the votes

The three photos with the most votes from NuBlue fans go to the final. Need a few more votes? Well, invite a few more fans! We encourage self promotion, so if you’re lagging in last place then get your friends involved. Got no friends? Get somebody elses friends involved, easy. Anybody can become a fan of NuBlue and any fan can vote.

1 X NuBlue logo available here
1 X piece of A4 paper
A little bit of imagination
Some friends

Rules

We don’t really have any but we accept no responsibility for any individual who gets hurt, arrested, extradited or publicly humiliated as a result of this competition.

Submission Guidelines

All entries must be recieved by 30th June
Judging will take place on 1st July
Winner will be announced on 1st July

Does the logo really need to bge on A4 paper paper? Looks like the current submissions are not…just checking. I have an Idea, however I do not need to use paper for it

Hi Jane, glad you like the competition! We are really enjoying seeing all the great entries coming in – NuBlue has really got around the world!

In answer to your questions – all votes count, you do not have to like NuBlue Web Solutions first – I would encourage that you do though to keep up to date with this compettion and future competitions we will run.

Also you do not have to personally invite people to vote for the vote to count – anyone can vote for your entry. However, inviting people to vote will give you more of a chance of winning the competition .

We are not being that strict as long as you position the NuBlue logo in an actual place and it is not photoshopped then your picture will qualify for the competition.

it is better that the criteria is 50%creativity and 50% judging.. because many entries that is more creative than the most votes.. just to be fair..
