the short answer to both your questions is yes.

The slightly longer answers are that if you require an SSL applying to each domain (for secure connections) then you would need to be hosted on our VPS platform .  More info on our VPS packages is available here :

If you are not using SSL certificates, or all your multiple stores are going to point into one checkout URL (so only one SSL) then this can be hosted on our shared hosting.  More information on our shared hosting packages is  available here :

Nublue can do the configuration setup for a multi store Magento installation (for an extra cost). This wouldn't include the designing of the different stores, implementation of payment gateways or populating of inventory.

Firstly, is it possible to host multiple urls to the same magento installation and back end?

And secondly, is it possible to have a completely different site design for each url?
