			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi Andij,</p><p>I&#039;m glad that you found our search function useful.</p><p>For anyone else who is looking to solve a similar problem, you can disable PHP &#039;safe_mode&#039; by following this process:</p><p><strong><span class="bbu">For Plesk 8.6</span></strong></p><p>1) Log into your Plesk Hosting Control Panel,<br />2) Click on <strong>&#039;Domains&#039;</strong> in the side bar,<br />3) Click on your relevant domain,<br />4) Click on <strong>&#039;Setup&#039;</strong>,<br />5) Scroll down, and under <strong>&#039;Services&#039;</strong> you will see <strong>&#039;PHP support&#039;</strong>. Ensure that the tick box on the right of <strong>&quot;PHP &#039;safe_mode&#039; on&quot;</strong> is un-ticked.</p><p><strong><span class="bbu">For Plesk 9.x</span></strong></p><p>1) Log into your Plesk Hosting Control Panel,<br />2) Click on <strong>&#039;Domains&#039;</strong> in the side bar,<br />3) Click on your relevant domain,<br />4) Click on <strong>&#039;Web Hosting Settings&#039;</strong>,<br />5) Scroll down, and under <strong>&#039;Services&#039;</strong> you will see <strong>&#039;PHP support&#039;</strong>. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi Drax,</p><p>Glad you found the source of the issue. </p><p>The new error reporting in magento, although secure, is not very helpful. if you check the /var/reports/error_number file you&#039;ll usually see something along the lines of </p><p>&quot;SAFE MODE restriction in effect&quot;</p><p>Which points to safe mode being on for the domain name.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I think I&#039;ve rectified this.</p><p>In Plesk, Hosting Setup - PHP was set to safe mode. </p><p>Un-checked that, seems to have fixed the problem for now. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Installed Magento using the Nublue Magento install last night, left it to do its thing.</p><p>trying to access certain pages brings up this error.</p><p>There has been an error processing your request</p><p>Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.</p><p>Error log record number: 648561916</p><br /><p>Anything I need to have enabled on the hosting to get this damn thing to work? I never seem to have any luck with magento</p>]]></content>
