I currently use one called SpamBayes which is free, it takes some time to learn what you believe to be spam but after a few messages will start to sort your mail into spam and none spam folders to make them easy to delete. You can download this  outlook plug-in from here:

The documentation is very helpful on that site. Also one of the options you will see on SpamBayes is a plugin for Windows Live Mail.:)
