			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>it all depend on what you want access, as you are on Shared Hosting you don&#039;t have a lot of control over the specific environment, php config etc.&nbsp; However you would be able to create a separate test domain to use - every shared server has a development domain pointing at it, and you can create a sub domain of this whenever you like.&nbsp; You can make and/or break that to your hearts content. However this may lead to an account limitation, in terms of number of domains allowed and disk usage space.
