Hi there,

One of my clients appears to be having a problem sending mail via her iphone.  Could this be anything to do with her hosting provider? Is there a list of particular settings that should be added please which I can guide her?

Hi Aaron00,

The settings for Iphone should be no different to other email clients :

Mail Server : mail.<domain_name>
Username : email@domain_name
Password : password

There should be no encryption set at all, it should simply be password based authentication. If there are different options for different types of authentication then ""Logon to incoming server before sending"" would be prob the  best option, (but I doubt its there).
