I have set up 3 domain aliases on a site and the first one works fine and points to the website, the second one also works fine and is running a second magento
website, complete with images, but the third one  shows a plesk ""You see this page because there is no Web site at this address"" error, despite being set up identically to the first. What the hell!!! Can anyone explain why please? Any info would be great. Tah

Hi,

To try to identify why its failing for you can you attempt the following :

Try forcing a refresh on your browser (Usually holding down the Ctrl button whilst clicking refresh forces a full cache refresh).  If this doesn't resolve the issue then move onto the following :

Open up a command prompt on your computer (Hold down the windows key and R at the same time, then type ""cmd"" into the box that opens).  Within the command prompt can you type : ""ping www.domain name.co.uk"" and check what IP address it resolves too.

Also can you type ""nslookup www.domain name.co.uk"" and check what output comes from that.
