Hi,

I'm new to this forum but was wondering if anyone with some Interspire experience could help me hmm. I'm having trouble modifying my template in Interspire, when trying to modify the CSS style sheet  using update and close, or even the save function, nothing happens. I've now been trying for age ahhhh. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Firstly, you need to check your file permissions within your templates.  If these are all fine, it may be browser releated as there have been some issues between the javascript in Interspire and Internet Explorer 8 that do not exist in Firefox. Following that, maybe either contact Interspire or have a look on the link below

This sounds like permissions. When you save the template you should get a note to say whether the save has been succesfull.

If it is a permissions issue then you will get an error to let you know that you don't have permision to alter this template. Simply change the permissions so the template is writeable and make your change.

Hi Guys,

slightly different question but still related to interspire templates, does anyone know how I can change the invoice template so that it moves the shipping and billing addresses up so that it fits integrated labels?  I tried to do it within the only place I could see that may work - the invoice email template but it seems that was indeed the wrong place?

You can get a greater level of detail and flexibility editing the invoice template via the actual file (you'll need to do this via ftp), its available via httpdocs/admin/template/order.invoice.tpl

Remember and take a backup of the file before making any changes.

Hey

I have just upgraded my Interspire store and can not see how to show more than one shipping option/zones. I think it may be something to do with the templates??? Anyone have any ideas???

Have you upgraded to the latest version of Interspire ( the latest version is needed to show more than one shipping option) ?

Usually available Countries is located under Shipping Settings. Click on one of the Zones in Shipping Settings. Under the Zone settings tab select  'This shipping zone is based on one or more countries' . To see all the available countries. Follow the link below:
