The procedure for setting mail forwarding depends on whether you have hosting set up for your domain name or not.

To set up mail forwarding for a domain that you have hosting for, log in to your Hosting control panel and click on the domain name that you want to set mail forwarding for.  Click on mail, then the email address you want to set up forwarding for.

Click on redirect, and then first of all tick the redirect button (this enables the redirect) and then type in the address you want the emails to be forwarded to.  Once you have finished click on OK to finish setting up the forward.

This setup will forward a COPY of the email to the designated address.  This means that the address will retain a copy of the email and will gradually fill up with mail over time.  If you do not want the mailbox to function as anything other than an address to redirect mail, again select the domain that you want to edit the mail for, click on mail, and select the email address.  Then click on mailbox and untick the mailbox button.  This turns the mailbox off.  Redirects will continue to function but the mailbox itself will not retain any copies of the email.

If you are not using NuBlue for your hosting it is possible to create email forwarding on the domain name level.  In this case, please contact your domain name registrar (i.e. NuBlue) to request mail forwarding.  Please note that we can only set mail forwarding if the domain is using eNom?s name servers.
