How do I pay an invoice?

You can pay an invoice by logging in to your billing control panel.  Any due invoices are listed on your home page and you can click on the Pay Now button next to the invoice to process a payment.  Alternatively you can click on Invoices under Dashboard to view all invoices, you will then need to click on the invoice number to view the Pay Now button.

Once you have clicked on this button you have a variety of choices.  If you are paying via PayPal you will have a PayPal Check Out button next to the invoice information section on the top right of the page to pay for this invoice via PayPal.

If you are paying via card you will have a Choose Billing Account drop down menu.  From here you can select a card you already have on file - as these details are in our system already you will only need to click on Confirm Payment to process the invoice.  If you do not have a card on file, or have to pay using a different card, then select New Billing Account Information - enter your new card details and, again, click on Confirm Payment to process the invoice.

Please bear in mind that if you do have an up to date card on file that due invoices will be processed automatically on the due date of the invoice.

If you get any errors when you process the payment, please contact us immediately with the full error and we will help you to process the payment as soon as possible.
