Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I set up an auto-responder for my mailbox but it doesn't seem to work!  I've tried turning the mail box on and off but it's made no difference. I don't really know what's going on so any help would be great.

Hey,

Have you checked that the auto-responder is on? Once you've created it there should be an icon like a switch in the top left corner.  You need to activate it before it will work (similarly you need to deactivate it when you've no further use for it).
