Hey Guys,

Afraid having some more probs, backing up my site and not sure what doing wrong. I made a backup of my site through the control panel but when I downloaded it I couldn't seem to open the backup.  Is there a tool available for opening the backup so I can use it? If not any advice would be great.

Hi e-creations,

I'm afraid, sadly the backup is only useful to the control panel.  If you need a backup of files or databases that you can access locally you will have to take a manual backup using FTP and phpMyAdmin (for the database). If you need any help doing this or have any further questions regarding this matter, please don't hesitate to get back in contact.
