What settings do I use in my email program?
For Shared Hosting customers the settings are as follows :
Protocol : POP3 or IMAP
Incoming Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.name
Outgoing Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.name
Account/Username : [email protected]
Password : [You're on your own here]
Advanced Settings :
Outgoing Authentication : ON (Login using same settings as incoming server)
Outgoing (SMTP) Port : 587
For VPS Customers its the same as the above, however you need to login as the VPS administrator and navigate to the following page :
Server -> Mail
On this page ensure that "Enable Message Submission" is ENABLED.
