Hello

I have a question regarding Magento hosting, If I go for a magento hosting package with NuBlue, do you fully install Magento or just upload the files. Also does the magento hosting package/s include SSL?

Hi

All our hosting - the shared hosting by default, and other types by request - have access to our own one click installer for magento. To use this, you would need to create a database in your control panel and then use the installer to finish the job (with or without sample data).  So you'd do the installation but NuBlue will have done (most) of the hard work for you. 

All the Magento packages include a GeoTrust SSL certificate and we will install the SSL for you, when you request it.

Hi Luke,

thanks for the speedy response. I was wondering what time is office opening hours, as I would like to phone tomorrow to go through (get some more advice) the various Magento hosting packages available to me?
