Hi

I've created a domain for uploading a php based cms, but everytime I try it show a white screen. Any idea's what I'm doing wrong?

Hi

You firstly need to log into the control panel, click on domains, and then domain, setup.  Check if there is a tick in the php support section.  If there is, check if there is a tick in the php safe mode section. If there is this needs to be unticked!

If there was a tick in the php safe mode box, that is likely to be the issue. untick it and click on ok.  The white screen should now be replaced by the cms. If this hasn't resolved the issue please contact me and we can investigate further.
