A 403 error means that you are forbidden from accessing the web page.  This means that for some reason you are not allowed to access the page ? perhaps because a script doesn?t have the correct permissions to run the page, or because the correct authentication hasn?t been set up.

The first thing to do in this case is undo whatever change you have (hopefully) just made to your site to see if that fixes the error.  If you have not made any changes that you can undo, please ensure that all the files and folders in your web space have the correct permissions set.
