How do I setup forwarding for a domain I have registered with NuBlue?
To set up forwarding for a domain registered with NuBlue, you will need to log in to your Billing Control Panel, and then under the Packages tab, click on Domains. Click on the domain name that you wish to update, and then click on 'Edit DNS Settings'.
If 'Use Registrar as DNS' is set to 'No', select 'Yes' and then click on 'Save Changes'. You will then need to click on 'Edit DNS Settings' again.
Once 'Use Registrar as DNS' is set to 'Yes', you will need to update the values under ?Advanced DNS Settings?.
The first three values, for www, @ and *, should all have ?Record Type? set to ?URL? (for standard forwarding, where you can see the URL update in the browser address bar) or ?FRAME? (for forwarding that will keep the original URL in the browser address bar after redirecting to the new page).
Once you have set these values, simply enter the URL that you would like to forward the domain to in the ?Address? field, then click on ?Save Changes?, and allow up to 24 hours for the DNS to propagate.
Once the DNS has propagated, the domain will be forwarding to the URL you specified above.
