Hello,
I've been trying to use Magento to import and export csv stock files.
There are 2 folders on the server, one called import and one called export.
When I access the files via ftp I can see the files in the "import" folder, but not those on the "export" folder, although the files are there when viewed using the Plesk File Manager.
The only difference I can see is that the folders have different ownership, i.e. the User and Group values are different.
So, what I need to know is if there is a way to change the User and Group for a folder?
Any ideas?

Yes, I wasn't sure the best way to ask the question. Thought maybe it might be useful in the forum if anyone else has the same trouble.
