April News Update

It’s good to talk, and in this modern age there are a lot of ways you can communicate. Mobile phones, landline phones, VOIP, email, post, text messages, smoke signals… and yet, it is still too common that companies appear hard to contact and difficult to communicate with.
So we’ve been road-testing some live chat software this week to add to our Support Section and our Order Form. These are the areas where a quick response to any query are important, and from our point of view, the easier we can make it for you to get in touch if you need an answer, the better. We aim to have that up and running next week, and we’re also going to make a significant expansion to the videos in the Support Section.
Apart from that, it’s been a very busy and very Magento week. We’re a confirmed Magento Associate now, and a warm welcome to all those who have signed up and are now using our new server - we look forward to seeing what you can do with it!
