Live Chat goes, well, Live

We’ve finished implementing our new Live Chat system and we’re very pleased with how it has gone!  You can now access it from our Hosting page and from any of our Package specific pages.  It is also available within the order form itself, so if anyone gets stuck during an order or has a quick product question, they don’t have to give us a ring or send an email.  Not that we mind either of those of course!

The Support Section has also been expanded today with an extra 19 videos.  These fit into two of the existing sections – Email and FTP Software.  We’ve tried to cover setting up Email accounts with a variety of Email clients, as well as general introductions to the use of FTP clients to manage and configure your web space with some of the more popular software available.

And, finally, we have released the first part of our guide to using Magento in our blog, which you can view here, covering the installation of Magento.
