New Video Support Section Goes Live

After a few weeks of solid work, we’re happy to announce the launch of our brand new Support Section.  Written guides, we feel, are a bit 2007, and so we’ve gone ahead and replaced them all with embedded video guides to help you through setting up and troubleshooting your account.  It’s a lot easier to learn when you can see what you’re supposed to be doing, which was always a problem with written guides (even if they were full of helpful illustrations).  We plan to extend these video guides over the coming weeks, and consider what to do with the old section (because there are always a few people who prefer written guides).
