My Ketocal
The Brief: SHS international asked us to make a site specifically aimed at one of their most popular products, Ketocal. Ketocal is a product designed at dietary management of epilepsy, so the website had to provide information on epilepsy, the ketogenic diet and Ketocal products. This information had to include dietary advice, recipes and events, be easily available and aimed at both consumers and healthcare professionals.
The Result: MyKetocal.co.uk is a simple, stylish site that provides information for both healthcare professionals and consumers, from a shared database with LowProteinLiving.co.uk and SHS-Nutrition.com. One content management system is used to control all three sites, so that SHS have a ‘one stop shop’ for their site management needs. The site provides product and diet information, relevant downloads, and advice on sticking to the diet. The website forums link through to the SHS international forums, where consumers can talk about their experiences of epilepsy, as well as get advice on the ketogenic diet and epilepsy in general.
