• FREE Transfers In and Transfers Out

  

  We don't believe in charging for transfering domains, so we don't. Not only is it totally free to transfer any domain you own to NuBlue, but should you have a moment of madness and decide to transfer away, we'll do this for free too.

• Easily Add Hosting at any time

  

  Hosting can be added at any time, quickly and easily to a domain purchase. Simply choose which hosting package you want and add it to your account. If you need any advice with this, ask a member of the team who will be more than happy to help.

• Full DNS Control

  

  All domain purchases come with access to our advanced Domain Control Panel, giving you full DNS control over the domain names you have with NuBlue. Edit your own domain settings or ask our support team to do it for you.

• Email and Website Forwarding

  

  Forward registered domains to any website of your choosing using our advanced domain control panel. Any emails associated with a domain name can also be forwarded to another email account of your choice for simple email management.

Common questions

• What domains can I register?

  At NuBlue we offer a variety of domains, ranging from more common domains – such as .co.uk, .com, .net and .eu – to the more varied, such as .gov.uk, .es, .asia.  Please get in touch if you want to confirm if we can register a domain name for you.

• How long can I register domain names for?

  The length of domain name registrations vary from domain to domain.  The minimum registration period for a domain is 12 months.  Some domains, such as .co.uk domains, are registered for a minimum of 24 months.  You can in theory register a domain name for as long as you like but we prefer to stick to minimum registration periods – it's far more convenient for everyone involved!

• Are there any restrictions?

  Yes; you cannot register domains with symbols (such as / * &).  Numbers, letters and hyphens are allowed!  We also reserve the right to refuse to register a domain name that is obscene or infringing upon trademarks; and, of course, you cannot register a domain that has already been registered by another party (and we won't be able to assist in purchasing that domain for you either).

• Can I cancel my domain name?

  If a domain name has been registered then the registration fee cannot be refunded.  All we can do is let the domain expire when it is next due for renewal.

• What if I register a domain by mistake?

  Again we cannot refund fees for domains that have already been registered.  You have to be careful when choosing and ordering a domain name, and let it expire when it is next due for renewal!

• Can I administer my own DNS?

  Yes – any domains registered through NuBlue can be administered through your Billing Control Panel
