As a professional Web Hosting company with lots of experience in the field, there are a number of services that we can offer to you to help you with your hosting account.  These range from the duplication of stores, to advanced configurations of Magento sites.  An overview of work we are willing to undertake, and the charges associated with this work, are listed below.  Please note that we accept tenders for professional services on a quote by quote basis and therefore will always send you a quote for the task first, and we reserve the right to decline a tender!

Basic Rates   

£65 + VAT per hour.

This is the flat rate for our Professional Services.  This covers any work that we agree to, that is not covered by the more specific tasks below, including (but not limited to) recompiling MySQL or PHP, installing applications such as Wordpress or Joomla, installation of anything not included in the Plesk license to your VPS, and server optimisation. An hours' work can also include research, testing, and implementation.

Migration of one or more sites from external Hosting to a NuBlue account

From £32.50 + VAT

Website Migrations will be considered only once we have been able to login to the hosting for the site(s) you require a migration for, and have evaluated the migration task.  Migrations will then be quoted on a per-migration basis, with a higher fee depending on the following criteria - the number of sites to be migrated; the amount of physical data to be migrated; available access methods for the migration (i.e. FTP, SSH, Control Panel); and the nature of the data to be migrated (i.e. multiple databases, application type, bespoke data).  We will then provide you with a quote for the migration, which will be scheduled to proceed once you have confirmed the quote.

Duplication of a website into another domain

£65.00 + VAT

This covers copying one website into another webspace, for instance duplicating your live site into a development domain.

Duplication of a Magento store into a development domain

 £65.00+ VAT

Magento Multi-store setup

From £65.00 + VAT for 2 domains (more or additional domains will be charged on a quote by quote basis)

Please note that we do not upgrade Magento stores – although we will duplicate them for you to upgrade a copy of your live site yourself!

Duplication of an Interspire site into a development domain

£65.00 + VAT

Restoration of a backup

£45.00 + VAT

This is the flat fee for restoring data from our disaster recovery backups.

Monthly VPS Setup Fee

£29.99 + VAT

This fee does not apply to clients ordering a VPS server on a quarterly or annual cycle.
