To improve the online experience of both customers and employees, encourage repeat visitors, and reflect the brand to engage Lakeland Leathers’ target audience: mature, fashion conscious customers who appreciate quality.

Project Highlights

Email Marketing Integrations

The new website was built to gather transactional information allowing segmentation for email marketing, as well as integration with Campaign Monitor for newsletter sign ups, encouraging repeat visits.

One Click Purchase

Aimed at removing friction on the route to purchase making it as easy as possible for customers to complete conversions. Cross selling and upselling relevant products at checkout was also implemented to encourage higher order values.

Tailor-Made CMS

Our developers added back end functionality to create a bespoke content management system to ease use for Lakeland Leather’s own online team. They are now able to easily import and export information for products, tying their Magento records with their own system for a seamless and more efficient omnichannel operation.

Lakeland Leather continue to work with us on a retainer basis, optimising the website further and developing the online brand in line with their vision.
