MULTI-SITE CONTROL CENTRE

Magento can be a complex system, especially when it’s used across multiple sites with multiple streams of data. To create greater efficiencies for our client’s team we implemented a custom Magento coordination centre for T.H. Baker’s online presence. This allows for faster, easier management of all orders, products, customers and information across the group’s sites from one central hub.

UPGRADED PRODUCT FEATURES

Our client needed a partner with a high degree of expertise in Magento ecommerce development, with the expertise to maximise the appeal of their product pages and increase their conversions. As part of our development work we implemented 360-degree rotating product images in the TH Baker online store, while a new hover-over feature allows shoppers to see product information more easily in a lightbox.

One of TH Baker’s main priorities was reliable web hosting for their ecommerce sites during the busy festive shopping period, when the group sees considerable traffic on a daily basis. We migrated our client to a dedicated, high-performance server, managed by us, and took care of every consideration during the move – often out of hours to ensure as smooth a transition as possible for their site.
