What you'll be doing

As Product & Support Team Leader, you will oversee the operation of the Technical Support and Systems Operations teams, taking responsibility for team standards, efficiency and output. The primary focus for this role will be directing and developing the team and the individuals within it, so a desire to develop, improve and assist your teams to the benefit of both the business and the individual will be essential

Where will you be working?

Lancaster's White Cross estate, that's where. Close to the city's leafiest bits, and overlooking the canal, you'll be only a 2 minute walk from the city centre shops and restaurants. Road and rail links are close by and, as Lancaster's on the small side, your daily commute isn't tear-your-hair-out frustrating.
